He always ensures that the issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Willie Gilchrist has been a result-oriented decision maker and responsible manager throughout his career. As he ensures quality of education and administration, all the programs operate effectively. Willie Gilchrist recommends new and revised policies and programs to the Board according to the changing education demands and developments in the education field. He keeps an eye on the latest developments and ensures that the students get the best education. Being involved in recruitment and talent acquisition, he employs the best staff. He possesses leadership qualities and understanding to identify the key issues of concern ineducation and guides the employees to plan effective ways to deliver high quality education and services to the students. He has always ensured that the employees stay motivated. Developing the best facilities, he makes sure to attract high caliber staff to help in accomplishment of the institute’s objectives and goals.Willie believed in developing effective relationships with other organizations, institutions and agencies with common interests.
